We are long term current business owners and are well experienced in branding and marketing for our own businesses. As business owners we all know time is money. Employees taken from normal business operations to search for quality branding and marketing materials only to be badgered with endless back and forth emails, marketing calls and in return we got low quality items. They are still calling but we're not answering. Instead, we decided to build a business that focused on our core value of personable and quality service. We love it and so do our clients.

Do I need a working logo to get things started?

While it is nice to have an already working logo file, if you don't have a working file but have an image, in most cases, we can change your image into a working file to use across the branding process for as long as you own the rights to your logo or image.

Do you offer consultation services?

Yes. Consultation services are to be scheduled and are typically scheduled a week in advance to ensure openings during weekdays from 10-2.

Do I really need consultation services?

No, you don't, but they are encouraged to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want and can look and feel the product that you are expecting so that you are 100% satisfied with your final product.

How long does it take to get a full Brand Kit?

From scratch to finish takes 90-120 working days for a full Brand Kit. This would include Branded Work-gear, Marketing paper products, Event products, and Promotional Products.

Do you take payment up front?

We take 50% of the accepted quote upfront, which is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. Once all of the mockup approvals are in, we take the remainder of the quoted amount, as at this point, there are no more changes to be made, and your kit is going into production.

How far in advance do I need to get an order in before I need the product?

We ask that if you have a large event coming up, you get your order in minimum 120 working days before the event. If you need items that are not for a specific set event, we ask 2-3 weeks in advance. Typical production time is typically under 3 weeks.

How do I receive my products?

To try and save as much money for the client, once the product has been produced, we hand deliver for as long as it's within our 30-minute OKC Metro area. We also have a pick-up office where a client can meet if they choose to pick up as well. We do ship, should the client be outside the OKC Metro 30-minute perimeter, but that does incur shipping charges that would include insurance on the products.
